How exactly does someone not working for the company get a job with them in less than a week to meet your insane criteria for "valid criticism"? What about all the non-actor's out here? Are all of us not allowed to say anything either?

If you have a Disney+ account, you can cancel it. That would have an impact on Disney's policies. If you don't, then what does your "protest" do to them?

The same thing goes for celebrities with no active projects with Disney. Who fucking cares what they say, if it has no impact in Disney's bottom line. Disney isn't going to change their policies, unless there is some reason for them to do so.
