Dumbphones

Smartphones dominate the world. But have we become smarter by using them?
This community is oriented for people who prefer either so-called "dumbphones" or "feature phones" in order to regain control of their life.
Here is a very simple set of rules to follow:
- Don't be rude to others.
- Don't harass or shame somebody for not being hardcore dumbphones fan. Everybody does it his own way.
- Keep this community simple: discussions must be dumbphone or smartphone-oriented, not about dogs or food.
All in all, enjoy your time here :D

Yeah, pretty much the only heavy thing I NEED is my GPS, and I figure if it runs okay I can plug it into an android auto screen I can get for cheap to put in my car so I have a big enough display
It'll be years before it's time to replace my phone though, I wish I had realized I wanted something different from my phone a bit sooner, but I'm not really inclined to just go out and buy another phone, I wanna make my current one last unless it becomes clear I really need to change. But at least I can start making changes that'll make it easier to adjust later on :)
I've added a lot more friction to anything mindless, and turned down the satuation on my display. So far those have been very helpful changes. Hopefully when I'm ready to replace there's another small Titan phone or something similar that'd be suitable. Thank you for sharing your experience, and I'm really glad it's working so well for you! ๐
