Antibiotic resistance and the absolutely insane speed at which evolves.
...also that we can't just combat it by increasing the dosage, cuz we're already pushing limits of antibiotic toxicity. Like all substances, too much too fast can and will kill you.
Don't worry, I'm sure RFK Jr is seeing to this with utmost urgency. Possibly by jumping into the agar to make 'snow' angels.
Best bet for this is likely bacteriophages.
