Likewise. Due to a medical issue, I have a heightened amount of ammonia in my blood, so anyone with a functioning sniffer can tell if I skip a day.
A little nagchampa or scottish heather can go a long way in a pinch, I've found. Always keep a little in my travel bag just in case.
