How is $100 a cash grab? First of all, just removing ads is $20. The $100 Ultra option is for a bunch of additional features like cloud sync (which is an ongoing cost, mind you). Secondly, you don't have to pay the lifetime cost; you can choose a subscription model instead. And how is it a "donation"? You're making no sense.
