To be fair, my own granny died thinking I was still a card carrying Republican. Sometimes you don't tell Grandma you are a godless liberal. The old folks don't really need to know everything. Christmas gets kinda awkward if you do.
I am almost 70 grannies and such are long gone. I get to be a godless liberal with no side eye.
