It's okay, you're not missing much.
Long term effects are often downplayed by enjoyers in my view.
But hey, I still take it like once every other month sometimes, especially if I want to not get too drunk but it's always a drag getting back to less procrastinating with my life.
It can be very helpful for some or in the way for others.
