Another win: got my SO to install Linux! (sh.itjust.works)

Now the only windows pcs in our home are work laptops. I hope it all goes smoothly, i have a few months of tech support on my hands now ha. They are dual booting but I doubt they'll need windows again except for vr and some specific games. Working on making alvr work but man its a pain to get running.

eyyy Nice! Hope your SO has a good experience with it. I put Linux Mint Debian Edition on my mom's computer (her work from home software does support linux, but only the LTS releases), and she hasn't really had any major issues with it for the past month.
