Poland is NATO, so yes, they do have nukes. Maybe not ours, due to the current "leadership", but plenty of others.
NATO is a defense treaty. It triggers if Poland is attacked. If Poland attacks the mutual defense clause doesn't trigger.
I don’t really see Frenchmen risking getting nuked only so that Poland can march on Moscow
