Some fresh air and maybe a home cooked meal. It’s easy to say keep your chin up when truth is some days you just wanna hide under a duvet and cry. You stay good either way.
It sounds counter productive but I almost like the odd day where I watch a ton of sad movies and cry my face off. Eat crap. Snooze. I probs need one soon lol
I'm not depressed, just drained and fatigued. Getting out of the house was a good idea I feel better for it
I feel like I have been on high alert for 5 years 🤣 it burns me out in loops and loops. Like a rechargeable battery that has been abused.
