It's no coincidence this happened just days after ICE dropped all age requirements. Racist old man begs to join the gestapo, and the other racists in charge are all too willing to oblige.
They're hoping celebrity endorsement will drive numbers up. ICE has, predictably, been having serious trouble recruiting - why else would they be offering enormous salaries and benefits packages to match?
