It is completely legal to tell everyone in the world exactly where ICE agents are, it is completely legal to share publicly available information. Seeing ICE agents in public, and reporting it on social media is sharing public information.
Otherwise, Google is majorly breaking the law every time I get a notification that police were reported ahead...
