The deep state does exist. All public news is just a facade done to appease or distract the public. If you dig in, you will find eerie timings and coincidences of government actions and news.
A recent example would be Trump threatens India about Russian oil trade just after OPEC increases production. So the net impact is zero on oil prices, political clout for Trump, pressure on India for trade deal but no economic loss to India.

If you are referring to the public actions of the President of the United States as 'deep state' you're just mad at the state. No need to jump at shadows when there is a very real and very objectional government right there doing it in the open.
I am not blaming anyone. I am saying that there is rhyme and reason for some of the recent announcements, something which Trump alone cannot do.
