Okay, okay. Hear me out. I don't know what exactly you mean by "death to [country]". If you mean that the government should change, if necessary by force I would at last kind of agree since I also really dislike and disagree with the governments of these countries and they do seem pretty hostile. BUT it sounds more kill every person in that country. And I would very strongly disagree with that. There are terrible people in every country and there are also nice people in every county. And if for example every Republican voter in the US was a racist and rapist that would not justify killing the other ~60% of the country. At least how you put it in this meme just spreads hate. We the people should focus on improving the world and working together, maybe hating our governments but definitely not hating each other because of our governments. In the end, that is exactly their goal. If we focus on hating each other, we will not peruse the more important goals.
Taking this seriously is pretty silly.
Saying "death to x country" is just a shorthand for total opposition to that state, its ruling class that controls the state, and those who would uphold that state. It isn't a call for genocide.
if we wanted to say "death to all americans" we would be saying "death to all americans", "death to America" means death to America

it's because they see as us idiot cavemen who can't speak properly, the same as the critisism for Ansarallah's banner, they say in it death to America and death to Israel, if they wanted to say "death to Jews" they wouldn't have used a word other than death.
