Got to see some old friends at a martial arts regional gathering. I got the documentation for my recent rank advancement. But even better was sharing an idea I've been working on with someone and hearing them say it was the most useful thing they learned all weekend.

It actually makes me really happy to read all these stories of other people's self-improvement journeys as I have been starting my own. Congrats on your rank advancement!

What's the idea you're working on?

Thank you!

Hmmm, how to describe without getting too far into the weeds... I'd been struggling with the connection in one throw and found a useful analog of the connection path from a different technique.
