things are in fact going extremely badly but we'll see if they pick up starting tomorrow night for reasons that will preclude me being here for about a week (seeing my SO)

I used to meow back and forth with my cat all the time and he was a serious snuggle bug.

Encourage the talking and it will continue forever really.

I'll cherish the 18 years of memories of talking to my cat as he meowed at me about all kinds of things.

Edit: Also that's a very cute kitty
