Old School Minecraft

Post anything related to old school minecraft. Posts should be related to older version of minecraft, and evoke a sense of nostalgia.
The following kinds of posts are encouraged:
- Content from old version of minecraft
- Old screenshots
- Screenshots of old worlds
- Mods that make modern versions beta-ized so to speak
- Builds made using older build styles
- Discussion on old minecraft versions, and minecraft nostalgia

MODERATORS
I suppose that would help. The biggest hurdle is finding the best way to host the server. I don't have any hosting experience except using a hosting site, but I don't think it would be a good idea to put the burden of paying a hosting site to run our server on someone's shoulders.
It could be ran on a PC at home, beta servers are super easy to run compared to modern versions. I would do it myself if my ISP didnt force me to buy a business plan to portforward so I can only host through a VPN.
