This one is going to be tough to defend in court when it gets there
Fascists don't care about the courts. If a judge is in the way they'll just arrest them.
This isn't going to get decided in a court.
This ends in death, not court. I don't say that to encourage violence but no one in this administration is going to allow a court out judge to stop them.
