It looks like kbin.social is in the final stages of migrating their site, and merging a whole bunch of improvements. Having their ~5k users federating with us again will be nice

Is it kind of like KBin, Lemmy, and Mastodon are the frontends to ActivityPub which is the backend? But I wouldn’t be able to sign into “Mastodon” with my Lemmy account or vice versa, right?

@solberg Correct, you can say interact with any member of my server without having to sign-up for an actual account on growers.social which might not be your cup of tea. Same as the pixelfed sites, maybe the Instagram style isn't your thing vs lemmy/kbin. You can use the content basically anywhere with your account you have now, your server just pulls it in. So in your search if you type @brysons@growers.social it *should* find me on my server.
