Was schätzt ihr, welche Konsequenzen das für diesen Fahrer hat? Hinweis: er hatte keine Zeit, um im Stau zu stehen.

Ich tippe auf samthandschuh-mäßige 300,- € Strafe und einen Monat Fahrverbot.

Ja, ätzend. Würde ja nach Möglichkeit bei solchen Vergehen immer das Auto einziehen ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
