Was schätzt ihr, welche Konsequenzen das für diesen Fahrer hat? Hinweis: er hatte keine Zeit, um im Stau zu stehen.

Ich tippe auf samthandschuh-mäßige 300,- € Strafe und einen Monat Fahrverbot.

"Rücksichtslos" würde ich eher so auslegen, wenn jemand auf der Autobahn im fließenden Verkehr unvermittelt wendet. Ich bin aber kein Experte.
