"Transition to other energy sources". Let's see how it's going in Germany with that... [Cue lignite mines, waste dumps, high water, risk of death by cancer from the coal power plants]... To actually transotion from fossil fuels, you need the opposite! Build MORE... Nuclear power plants! They should form a stable baseline on top pf which solar and wind power can be added with proper energy storage.
