Not a problem, hope it helps. I've been there, I spent 12 1/2 years self-employed, my boss was such an ass I had to threaten to unionize to get any change. Yeah definitely look into neurofeedback if you get the chance, it can really help. Just a heads up, I've seen apps that claim to do the same thing, their crap, it's just a placebo that you get a subscription for.

We all have to find what works for us, and it looks like you've found your's. You can try experimenting with different times and different break methods, just make sure to pay attention to the outcome. Also being self-employed you won't have the benefit/burden of having a supervisor holding you accountable, so I would suggest logging your times, you may think something is working but once you write it out and see a pattern you can see if it really is or not..... I totally haven't fallen into this trap and am totally not speaking from experience....lol.
