No, not anyone can own a storage rental facility.
That takes a lot of money to buy.
Daddy probably bought it for him.
Anyway, my point is that he's not some tech startup CEO who hires engineers off shore. He's the equivalent of someone who bought a convenience store franchise license to "run his own company".
