Of course it will. Let the bull run the China shop, expect shit to break. Then this sets a precedent and we are fucked for life or until the people do something extreme.
Trump and Co. are gambling that they can achieve dictatorship before the violence and other shit starts.
Putin smiles in Moscow. Chaos and violence in America is his win. It's also his win if the US slides into dictatorship and the US population shrugs and goes along quietly.
this is sort of like how the options we're being presented right now are either civil war or genocide.
too many people are choosing wrong simply because they think a third choice exists
if he plays by putins book, he better eliminate his non-loyalist supporters quickly, either by jailing them or sending them to a foreign prison, or they will turn on him quick.
