"If your intrusive thoughts upset you that much, why don't you just ignore them?"
"Have you tried just not identifying as autistic?"
"You should try Jesus."

Oh, it gets worse. Most of these are from my "family" from whenever I tried to get help for my severe depression caused by my mother's abuse or from the bitch herself. I've cut them out of my life a few years ago but they still try to contact me for some reason.
