What I would have liked to have seen 10 years ago is him talking about not being so dependent on our real estate to grow GDP.
I just watched that, and no, he didn't say we need to become more dependent on the US. He said that there is opportunity for us in the US. That in no way means that he thinks we should be dependent on them.
No, saying the usa need our exports do not contradict him saying that we need to diversify our partners. In the 13 old video he didn't say that we should stop exporting to the usa
