Just my two cents, but I had a similar problem and it ended up being a crappy WiFi adapter! As soon as you started any kind of big download on that particular PC the router would just give up, and we'd briefly lose connection on all devices, but permanently (until a reboot) on that PC.
I see that it's now marked as resolved but if it does happen again you can try checking if the adapter is working alright (could be power, drivers, firmware, etc)
That said, if you live in a first world country, do use a VPN if you can!
