No, but it's telling that everyone in the committee would vote for something like that. It would need a full house vote, a senate vote and a presidential signature to become law. Which is definitely possible with the current make up of Congress.

And it's not like you can count on the Supreme Court to strike something like that down even if it is blatantly unconstitutional.
