Animal abuse
Edit: For everyone defending this, I don't care if they are at the vet, and I don't care if the cat "did it to itself" (another sign of owner negligence). The owner is still taking delight in sharing a picture of their own animal in distress. They think it's cute, and that's gross.
Is it abuse if they do it to themselves?
Yes! Why even acquire a human, if you can't blame them for eveything?
