Because of him I can't get into watching Andromeda. Is it even a good show?
The first couple seasons were OK. You're not really missing anything.
I enjoyed it up till the last season. The last season was just dumb and kind of a temporary reset.
Basically Andromeda is 'we have Star Trek Discovery (in the 32nd century) at home.'
All the shit Discovery skipped rebuilding the Federation is basically in Andromeda.
If you can get past the pro religion undertones. But it was a ok show, kinda a cross between Farscape and Star Trek but the worst of both of them.
I enjoyed it. I have the ability to not care about the actors real life personality though. It's an alright show. If you like stargate, -trek and farscape type shows and can see past the actor, you'll probably enjoy it.
