Welcome to WomensStuff! We are here for all things women. Examples include...
- Fashion, style, make up
- Feminism, patriarchy
- Friendly chit chat with other women.
Rules...
- Women only... trans women are women, and transphobic or gender critical talk isn't allowed. Anyone under the trans umbrella (eg non binary) is welcome
- Don't be a dick. No personal attacks, no aggression, play nice.
- Don't hate on groups, hatefilled talk about groups is not allowed. Ever.
- No governmental politics, so no talk of Trump actions etc. We recommend Feminism@beehaw.org for that, but here is an escape from it.
Please see our twinned community !dadforaminute@lemmy.world They're WomensStuff's official male cheerleaders, and great for when you need dad advice or hugs... They're also a great way for male posters to support women.
I am a guy and saw a general question about what tea folks recommend. I love tea and dont think my gender would get in the way of that discussion, but I understand that this is supposed to be a community with just women.
Do you recommend I stay out of discussions like that? There really isn't anyone talking about tea on Lemmy and I yearn for it.
