Saw this e-OS on French24 vid. Developer claims open source OS for smartphones. No privacy data transfer to Google or Apple, but privacy protection and a smooth experience. There was a 4 month cloudservice disruption, which has been fixed. Also, you can use other cloudsservices ofc, as it's open.

Anyone good experience with this OS

Tnx! Yes, I've heard about this option as being safe. I will also consider it, but as E-os claimed to be "smooth ", that would be great too ofc.

I heard e/os is a lot easier to use than graphene, so keep that in mind

That's a strange claim considering grapheneOS just feels like standard Android. The main issue with it, if you care about that, is that Gpay doesn't work.
