9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.

It takes ~55 times more energy to go to the Sun than to Mars. Let's not expend resources carelessly.

Certain re-entry trajectories will burn everything into atomic gases. It's how some satellites are decommissioned. Just plunge that pod directly into the atmosphere instead of a proper re-entry angle and poof no more nazi billionaire.
I don't know; my wrestling coach used to say "you're never useless; you can always bad a bad example." So, personally I think putting his charred corpse on display could serve as an effective deterrent on oligarchs that are considering meddling in politics, especially if Musk was loaded into the doomed capsule against his will by a coalition of the proletariat.
Note: I am not advocating for violence. I'm just saying that hypothetically, if Musk was executed by low earth reentry, others might think twice about trying to buy government influence.

I think it would be alright to let Musk get 7 gravity assists from Venus.
It's not careless, even if we launched him on an escape trajectory there's a chance he'll come back. Deorbiting him into the sun is the safest option.
