Listen, lad. I built this restaurant up from nothing. When I started here, all there was was an empty lot. Other franchise owners said I was daft to build a pizza restaurant on this corner, but I built it all the same, just to show em. It went bankrupt. So I started a second one in the same building. That went bankrupt! So I started a third one in the same building. That got infested by rats, shut down by the health department, then went bankrupt. But the fourth one... stayed open!
