Let me guess .... been in the car-wash (or a mild rain) at some point in the last 48 hours
The tires are the one thing I’d expect to not become ruined from getting wet, but I previously thought that about vehicles in general.
Could be the active suspension failing on one side.
Looks more like the wheel fell off and the suspension is dragging
