Duckduckgo had two different, higher-resolutiot copies right at the top of the page of this guy. It's supposed to be hard to spot them, otherwise they wouldn't exactly be doing a good job, yeah? Also, this picture specifically is being shown because the guy was confirmed to be an undercover cop. It was during the George Floyd protests.
