Honestly, this looks like you don't have any evidence to show that USAID is a front for the CIA, so you are resorting to ad hominum as a way to save face.

USAID is not primarily a front for CIA operations. It is a organization responsible for foreign aid and development. Sure the CIA has used some USAID programs for their own purposes, but that doesn’t mean USAID itself is primarily a CIA operation.
