Howabout meters? 180cm = 1.8m
Centimetres are more commonly used to measure height (e.g., on official government issued IDs)
And honestly the accuracy doesn't hurt here. 170cm vs. 180 is a pretty big difference in how tall someone seems.
Yes, obsessing over centimetres is unhealthy.
