what is your alternative to Gillete for shaving ? (lemmy.world)

I have been looking into some stuff and for now the Philips oneblade looks like the most interesting option to me, does someone maybe have experience with it? How long do the blades last? Or are there any other alternatives you would recommend?

Safety razor with any blade like Wilkinson, Feather, Gillette, etc. I personally have not found a huge difference between them, but I also shave immediately after getting out of the shower without any shaving cream which some people might see as psychotic.

I went to a safety razor years ago after getting into it on a shaving subreddit and have never looked back. I bought a variety pack for like $20 CAD of razor blades 5+ years ago and I'm STILL going through them.
