You think I don't know but I have had a life full of that. It's hard but it doesn't matter if you realise they don't mean that. They mean well. They mean "just" as a way to help. It's useless to mark that. It's helping no one to whine about that or to vent. It helps to realise it's a wrong assumption of why they say "just"
