Moving from Reddit, I noticed there's little talk over on Lemmy about what is turning out to be my main hobby. So here's a very broad community, in the hope that all my peers in the hobby will find it :-)

I was tempted to Google it, but with the AI in I don't really trust it. And, like you, I'd rather hear from someone who's passionate about it than off wiki or something...

Horology in its broadest sense: watch repair, clock repair, collecting timepieces, history and technology of horology, etc.

Rules:

No buy/sell, no asking for valuations. Go to eBay sold listings and find comparables
Clones are fine, fakes not. If you don't know the difference, do some research :-)
