MODERATORS
Realistically they don't want to ban divorce. They probably do want to ban no fault divorce though, and require you to demonstrate a "good" reason to divorce such as infidelity or abuse.
While making it somehow easier for the man to have a good reason than the woman.
They also said they don't want to federally ban abortion and now they're talking about that
They don't want to ban divorce because even in their worst case they want to be able to leave their wives. But doing something like requiring fault or making it so whoever files can't receive anything more than a split of assets gained during the marriage would suit all their purposes better than banning divorce outright.
They definitely want to ban divorce
