It wasn't self-defense at all. Jury will convict. And he'll spend rest of his life in jail.
Self-defense is using force or violence to protect oneself, or a third person, from imminent harm.
And murder is walking up behind a guy on a street and shooting him. Jury will convict. And I will celebrate.
