Fallout Matrix Chatrooms? (self.fallout)

I was wondering, are there any decent Fallout-themed communities on matrix (or maybe something else?) I swear I remember seeing one in the public spaces search when I first joined up, but now there doesn't seem to be. If not, is this something that we should consider founding?
