Saw this in a museum.. am I lost in translation? Is this some sort of antidepressant?

It's not like you could get lost in the north pole by accident. Just pick a direction and walk and you'll get out of there.

is the "north pole" a euphemism for something else!?

No, that's the south pole you're thinking of
