I don’t know any polish, but I’m gonna take a wild guess that this means something like “POLISH SPOTTED”
In this context it would fit as well, tbh
It actually means POLAND RULEZ (rulez, since GUROM is already grammatically incorrect)
GUROM is a misspelling of górą
*górą
My bad, I meant to write ó but didn't, maybe it got mixed up with gurom as I was writing it
