Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.

But since you'll declare victory without looking, I'll dig through the cesspit for you. So you can have some links to dismiss without reading. Or read and make excuses for like a maga chud defending Elon Musk's nazi salute.

See that “and” in there? That means you were asked to provide evidence that someone was guilty of two accusations.
You provided evidence of trolls stirring the pot to upset easily triggered leftists. Not one of them claimed to be a centrist. So… You made a false accusation, got called out and lost. Thanks for playing.

None of those people claim to be a centrist. THAT is what your accusation is based on:

Few centrists do. You want them to come right out and announce that they are both centrists and that they support genocide? Do you suppose they're leftists?
And there you have what is possibly the closest anyone will get you to admitting you are full of shit. You don’t know whether or not they are centrists, and therefore can’t accuse them of being centrists. You just seem to enjoy carpet bombing lemmy with false accusations, because you know that if someone calls you out, you can just side-step and bad faith your way out of it.

I always love that little trick where you derail and distract a troll by feeding them a meaningless “gotcha!” moment like this. It’s clever, because it’s seemingly impossible for them to avoid taking the bait when they’re so desperately trying to save face from being called out for whatever nonsense false accusations they tried to get people to believe. An easy win, right?
And the best part is, they never seem to figure out what the point of it even is!
