Arctic for Lemmy. Also have Peertube app but there’s not much hosted there yet.
May I ask what made you choose peertube
I wanted ad-free videos.
Ahh that makes sense, I’ve assume you’ve heard of invidious and pied and the other similar front ends
Nope
Invidious is basically a private front end for YouTube, however once you choose an instance go and change the settings to suit your needs. Try different instances and see which works best for you.
My favourite is https://inv.nadeko.net/
If you want to self host you can as well.

For iOS you can use yattee https://github.com/yattee/yattee
Not that I’m aware of I’m not sure, however you can add the website to your Home Screen and make it a web app I believe
