I remember when there was a distinction between libraries and community centres. It's too bad that libraries are basically community centres now.

I find it almost impossible to locate a quiet study environment for distance learning. Everywhere you go in this city there's always someone having a horizontal phone call, talking loudly or listening to music on their speaker. Can't even get peace in your own apartment anymore.
